Why I Do What I Do

I love the law, but I love people far more. My passion is to use my legal expertise to help hurting people out of very difficult situations. If you are feeling overwhelmed by a financial crisis, I want to be of assistance. I want to listen and understand and then use my God-given abilities to guide you through and out of your trying situation.

I believe in second chances provided by the U.S. Constitution and God’s grace. Most of the time, when people find themselves in my office, it is largely due to circumstances beyond their control.   If I can help you begin anew, live within your means, care for your family, and be able to tithe to your church, that will be my greatest reward.

Bankruptcy law is complex and technical, and folks in the midst of financial difficulties feel overwhelmed. In my office, you will never feel a hint of condemnation or judgment.   Nor will you feel like a case file or a number. Although there are no quick fixes, I will provide you with compassionate, realistic advice, and legal representation that is thorough, knowledgeable, fair, and aggressively defends your rights.
